Below are some steps to jump-start the setup. 

1. Brand your Guestbook with your logo and company color schemes
2. Set up the Master Home Guide (template for home guides)
3. Create  Home Guides for each rental
4. Create an Area Guide and attach it to home Guides
5. Create/update the templated automated Scheduled Messages
6. Turn on Scheduled Messages
