Check-In
- When a guest clicks the Check-In button, a system message will prompt that says “[Guest Name] in [Property Name] has checked in”
Check-Out
- When a guest clicks the Check-Out button, a system message will prompt that says “[Guest Name] in [Property Name] has checked out”
Completed a survey
- When a guest completes a survey, a system message will prompt that says “[Guest Name] in [Property Name] has completed the [Survey Name] Survey “.
Five-Star Survey rating
- When a guest completes the Five-Star rating survey, a system message will prompt that says “[Guest Name] in [Property Name] has rated you [5] stars”
Request for Early Check-In
- When a guest clicks the Request Early Check-In button, a system message will prompt that says “[Guest Name] in [Property Name] has requested early check in for [time]”
Request for Late Check-Out
- When a guest clicks the Request Late Check-Out button, a system message will prompt that says “[Guest Name] in [Property Name] has requested late check-out for [time]”
