Quick Set-Up Guide

1. Add Team members and invite them to RueBaRue.
2. Add Branding colors and logo.
3. Add Call Forwarding Number, Out of Office Response, Time Zone and Last Minute Messaging hours.
4. Create and add macros that are available through your PMS API.
5. Create Tags to be used for sending Automated Messages and Alerts.
6. Add Five Star Review shortcode for Google, Trip Advisor, Facebook or Yelp. Select 4 Star and Below Survey Dropdown and click Save.
7. Set up the Master Home Guide with macros and info that will flow to all Home Guides.
8. Add property-specific information to individual Home Guides if macros are not available. i.e Directions, parking, access instructions.
9. Add Tags to Home Guides.
10. Create an Area Guide and attach an Area Guide to each Property Guide.
11. Add Tags to Area Guides.
12. Set up automated messages in the Scheduler and add Tags as needed. Once you are ready to start sending out messages set the send rules for the scheduled messages.
