Schedule Ahead

This new feature lets you create emails that are sent automatically at a later date that you choose. Schedule Ahead is ideal for reminding guests to rebook their vacation homes for the following season. It also eliminates the need for you to add reminders to your calendar.

You can send emails to one email address or as many as you please. You can also send emails to a group of guests using tags. Guest tags can include Post-Thanksgiving Reach Out, Post-Christmas Reach Out or February Reach Out, for example

Follow these 3 simple steps to start using this feature:

  1. Save your "from" email address and name so that they can populate the Schedule Ahead form. Add it nowLearn more.
  2. Add a Message Template. Message templates help you create standard email messages that are ideal for producing Schedule Ahead messages quickly and maintaining message consistency. Learn how.
  3. Add a Schedule Ahead message. Learn how.

To send emails to a group of guests, use Tags. Guest tags can include Post-Thanksgiving Reach Out, Post-Christmas Reach Out or February Reach Out, for example. Add tags to guests from the Guests page.

View Guest Reservation Details on Messages

We've added a right column on the Messages page for viewing guest reservation details. This feature will help you when responding to a message. Just click on a message for a guest name on the left and the details will pop up on the right.

Navigation Menu

We've moved the application's navigation menu from the left side of the page to the top. This creates additional space on crowded pages like Guests and Messages.
