      Migrating to a Different Property Management Software

      Below are the steps within RueBaRue when you migrate to different property management software.
      1. RueBaRue will set up a test account to make sure that bookings, door codes, and macros are imported correctly (~ 1 hour)
      2. RueBaRue will remove current property macros and add macros from the target PMS (~ 15 minutes)
      3. Update the master property guide and messages with the new macros (~ 1 hour)
      4. Turn off automated messages after the last message of the day has gone out (~ 2 minutes)
      5. Delete all future bookings imported via the previous PMS and reimport them back from the new PMS, so we have the correct reservation ID to handle booking cancellations or changes (~ 1 hour)
      6. Turn on all automated messages (~ 2 minutes)
