RueBaRue Mobile App for Property Managers
The mobile app delivers RueBaRue's website features to your phone, making it easy to stay in touch with guests and conduct business away from your desk. Available on iPhone and Android equipment, the app provides instant access to every guest and every message. Here’s what the app lets you do:
- Send and receive text messages
- Receive immediate notification when guests send messages
- Search for a guest and send a text
- Send and resend scheduled messages
- Create and send saved responses to guests' frequently asked questions instantly

Send Scheduled Messages to Last Minute Bookings
You can now send scheduled messages to last-minute bookings with RueBaRue. This means it’s now possible to send a scheduled message if a guest reservation arrives after the last scheduled message is sent.
To enable this feature:
- Go to the scheduler and edit the pre-arrival message that you want to include.
- Turn on “Include in Last Minute Bookings” at the bottom of the form. Set your messaging hours for when last-minute-booking text messages can be sent from the Settings > Messages page so text messages go out during reasonable hours.
