Custom Icons for Property Guides

Many of you have asked for the ability to change icons in the Master Property Guide. We’re pleased to introduce a new feature that makes this possible.

Here’s how to update an icon:

1. Go to the Master Property Guide.
2. Click on the icon and pick an image you like. The image is saved automatically.

Can’t find the icon you need? Let us know, and we will try to add it in the next release.

Reports

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve updated our Reports to make it faster and easier for you to stay on top of all aspects of guest communication.

The big news: Reports are now instantaneous. This means you can see guest views of the guestbook, property guide and destination guide whenever a guest consults a guide. Previously, reports were generated once a month.

We’ve also added three new reports:

• The Guests Imported report shows when guest reservations were imported from your rental software on to RueBaRue
• The Automated SMS Sent report shows all automated SMS/text messages sent
• The Automated Emails Sent report shows all automated email messages sent
