      Import guest information

      Use this section to import guest contact and arrival information so you can schedule when to send property guides by email and/or SMS/text message.
      1. Use the CSV format below to import guest information from your property management system to RueBaRue. You can download a sample file here: CSV Sample. All fields are required.

      2. The scheduler will use guest information such as arrival date, name, phone and email address. It also uses the Property ID for where the guests are staying to send the appropriate property guide.
      3. Log on to the RueBaRue app at RueBaRue.com. This will take you to the RueBaRue Welcome page.
      4. Go to the Guests page on the top menu.
      5. Click Import Guests.
      6. Select the CSV file, and click Continue.
      7. All duplicates will be overwritten.
