How will I know if a text message was not delivered?

You will be notified by email when an SMS is not delivered to the guest. To find the undelivered messages:
  1. Go to the Reports page
  2. Click Text Message Logs
Failed messages are highlighted in red. Verify with the guest that the phone number is not a landline. If the number is an international (non-U.S), make sure the correct + Country Code is in front of the phone number on the guest reservation.
