Extend Stays

Extend Guest Stays is an easy way to fill “the gap.” With it, you can offer departing and arriving guests the opportunity to lengthen their stay and generate more revenue.

On the left side of the page is a 15-day calendar that displays guest bookings in blue, owner reservations in orange and maintenance blocks in pink.

Above the calendar are options to set the start date, gap length, extend stay options (early or late check-out) and departing or arriving in days (today, 1-7 days and any day), and a search box to search by property ID. On the right side of the page is the messaging section. The default view is set to No Gap, Late Check-Out and Departing in 7 Days. 

To use this feature:

  1. Go to Extend Stays.
  2. Select Start Date.
  3. Select gap length by choosing Minimum and Maximum Gap or Show All.


  4. Select either Late Check-Out or Early Check-In.



  5. Select Departing In , Arriving In days or Any Day.



  6. Select one or more reservations by clicking on the blue line for whom you would like to offer early check-in or later check-out. As you select, the blue line turns to green and you will see the guest count on the right. You can hover your mouse over the blue line to see the reservation details.
  7. On the right side of the page, select the radio button for either Early Check-In or Late Check-Out.
  8. Select either SMS or Email and then select the template you want to use. You can set up your message template from Message Templates



  9. You can either send the message immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.
  10. Once you send the message, you will see a checkmark at the beginning or the end of the blue line indicating that you have sent a message to that guest.
