Email Capture on Digital Guestbook

Email Capture on the Digital Guestbook will allow you to effortlessly gather email addresses from all the adult guests staying at your properties. This handy feature is available on the guest-specific guestbooks, home guides, and area guides, making it easier than ever to connect with your guests. Setting it up is a breeze and takes under a minute.

Here's how to activate Email Capture:

1. Navigate to the Settings > Digital Guestbook (https://app.ruebarue.com/settings/guestbook) page.
2. Switch the Subscriptions setting to Enabled.
3. Customize the title and introduction text for the subscription pop-up.
4. Click Save to apply your changes.
5. Click Preview to view the popup.

Curious to see the subscription email capture in action? Simply access a home or area guide and click on the Guest View button. Guests will have the option to decline the subscription by selecting No Thanks, which will prevent the pop-up from appearing again on their device.

Subscriptions can be found under the Guestbook dropdown menu (https://app.ruebarue.com/subscriptions). Soon, we'll introduce an option to download these subscriptions, making it easy to import them into your email marketing tool.
