Create a Work Order
A work order can be created from the Work Orders, Messages or Guests pages.
- To create a Work Order on the Work Order page, click the + Work Order button.
- On the Messages page, select a contact associated with the Work Order you wish to create and click the wrench icon at the bottom.
- On the Guests page, click the wrench icon under actions to create a Work Order.
- You can add a summary, description, guest name, property ID, category, priority level, assigner, status, photo attachment and tags to a Work Order.
- Once a work order is created, all the contacts assigned will be notified by text (contact who doesn't have a RueBaRue account).
- Contacts can add a comment/note or a photo to each work order. A work order status can be updated to "In-Progress", "Resolved" or "Closed".
- Add a tag to the work order so you can group and filter it easily.
