Add a team member

  1. Go to the Team page.
  2. Click +Add a Person.
  3. Add the person's first and last name, email address and phone number.
  4. Set their office hours. Text messages from guests and push notifications will be enabled during these hours.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Once the team member has been created, click Invite to RueBaRue under Actions. The team member will receive an email with a link to create their own password.
 
There are two options for each team member.
  1. If Receive SMS is set to Active, the team member will receive text messages from guests.
  2. If Receive Alerts is set to Active, the team member will receive email alerts for failed text messages (for invalid phone numbers) or other system errors.
