2024 Readiness Checklist
As summer approaches, it's the perfect time to get organized and make the most of the sunny season. Here are some reminders and tips to help troubleshoot common issues.
- Desktop: We will be suspending RueBaRue 1.0 on May 24th. Please verify that you are using https://app.ruebarue.com/ for logging into RueBaRue.
- Notifications on Mobile App: Log out of the mobile app by clicking on the Settings gear in the bottom right-hand corner and click "Log Out" and then log back in. Once you are logged back in, verify you are running on Version 1.8.2.
- For Missing Property Guides, verify that the Property ID matches exactly to what you have in your PMS. If you have updated the property ID in your PMS, then you will need to update the Property ID on the Home Guide. You will need to update any future bookings that were imported into RueBaRue under the old Property ID name.
- When searching for a guest, make sure to change the filters to match the date of the Guest check in date.
- When searching for an Owner booking, simply change the dropdown "Guest Bookings" to "Owners Bookings"
- When updating an image and it shows the incorrect image, please check the link in a different browser and or clear your cache.
